How to manage your subscriptions and report a glitch.

Subscription: How do I check my subscription status?

FitFit offers in-app subscriptions that will charge to your selected Apple App Store payment method for each billing cycle, on the same date you originally signed up. Your subscription will continue until you choose to cancel.

 

Checking your subscription status and details are easy via these two ways:

  1. in-app: Go to My Profile > Settings > My Subscription

  2. via Apple App Store: Go to App Store > Tap on your Apple ID on the top right > Select "Subscription" > Choose "FitFit" from your subscription list
