Subscription: Can I pause/cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your FitFit app subscription at any time to avoid future payment charges. After cancelling, please keep in mind that you will no longer have access to the subscription product once your subscription has expired, and this includes any previous training you have already completed. When cancelling your FitFit app subscription, the following applies:

  • Cancel at least 24 hours prior to your next payment date for the cancellation to be successfully processed in time

  • There is no refund or pro-rate for the remaining subscription days

  • After cancelling your subscription, you will still have access to the subscription product for the remainder of your billing cycle

  • To reactivate your subscription after it expires, you can log back into your iOS or Android app and click on "Restore Purchase" on the login screen

 

Please note that deleting your account or the app does not cancel your subscription. To cancel your subscription, simply follow the steps below:

  1. Go to your App Store and tap on your Apple ID on the top right. You might need to sign in with your Apple ID if you haven't done so

  2. Tap "Subscriptions"

  3. Choose "FitFit" as the subscription that you want to manage

  4. Tap "Cancel Subscription". Once you have cancelled, your subscription will stop at the end of the current billing cycle

 

Note: If you don’t see an option to cancel a particular subscription, then it has already been cancelled and won't renew. If you recently cancelled the subscription, you should see the date until which you'll have access to the subscription. If the subscription has recently expired, you should see an expiration date.
