Why am I doing the same exercises in Resistance Training Circuit 1?

Every person will be assigned 4 compound exercises (i.e. exercises that activate more than 1 muscle groups) that give you your full body training in order to achieve your fitness goal. You will perform the same 2 compound exercises every alternate week and be able to see the exercise progressions as you level up. For instance,

  • Week 1: Main exercise A + Main exercise B

  • Week 2: Main exercise C + Main exercise D

  • Week 3: Main exercise A + Main exercise B

and so on.

In the coming weeks when you look back at your training, you will be amazed at how far you have come and what you have achieved!
