What if I couldn't complete my weekly training?
If you tend to forget to workout, setting a reminder on your phone/calendar helps to keep you on track - over time you will form a habit and fitness will become part of your daily routine. If you simply don't have the time to complete your Smart Personal Training plan, you can always browse our Discover tab and pick a curated workout of shorter duration - better short than never ;)
Your weekly training will remain so you can pick up where you left off. If you think the training is too hard, especially after stopping for a while, manually adjust your level from My Profile tab. Learn how to change your level here.
