What My Training is and how personalized training plan works.

I've chosen the wrong goal. How do I change it?

Go to My Profile > Fitness Setting > Goal to change your fitness goal. Upon changing your goal, your current weekly progress will be reset to 0% and a new weekly training plan will be generated on the spot. 

This will not affect your data in My Progress tab (e.g. if you have completed 2 training before switching level, the 2 completed training will still be stored).
