What My Training is and how personalized training plan works.
I'd like to update my problem area selections. How do I edit it?
Go to My Profile > Fitness Setting > Problem Areas to edit your selected areas. Upon changing your problem areas, your current weekly progress will be reset to 0% and a new weekly training plan will be generated on the spot.
This will not affect your data in My Progress tab (e.g. if you have completed 2 training before switching level, the 2 completed training will still be stored).
