What My Training is and how personalized training plan works.

How does progression/level-up work?

Every week before a new training plan is given to you, our Smart Training algorithm will determine if you're ready to progress to the next level based on your post-workout feedback and your readiness. Each progression takes approximately two weeks for most people - however, we advise you to follow your own pace & make sure you answer the post-workout question honestly for us to determine the best time to move you up the progression ladder.


With every level up, new exercises will be unlocked and automatically added into your training plan. You will also be required to perform exercises at higher reps/longer duration, or more exercises within each circuit for increased intensity.
