All sign-up, sign-in and your account/profile related matters.
Sign-in: I can't login to my account despite multiple attempts.
If you signed up using email: Click on "Forget Password" and we will send you a new password via email. Use the new password to login. Upon successful login, go to My Profile > Setting > Change Password and update to your own password.
If you signed up using Facebook: Check if you have removed FitFit's access to your Facebook account. You will have to grant us access to your Facebook account in order to continue using FitFit app. Try login with your Facebook account again, and click "Allow Access" when you're prompted to give FitFit access to your Facebook account.
