My Progress: What is on My Progress?

We keep track of all your training within FitFit app here, which includes both My Training and Discover tab workouts. Check out your:

  • total workouts completion

  • total workout duration

  • total calories burned

Screenshot your progress and achievements, and share it with your friends!


You are able to view and change your level to anything in between Beginner 1.0 to Guru 5.5, by clicking on "Change Level". Upon changing your level, your current weekly progress will be reset to 0% and a new weekly training plan will be generated on the spot. However, this will not affect your workout data above (e.g. if you have completed 2 training before switching level, the 2 completed training will still be stored).
