My Profile: Will my training plan be reset if I update my profile bio and/or fitness setting?
Your training plan will not be affected if you update your name, height or weight data. However, you might see changes in your post-workout calories as we will be using your input weight for calories calculation.
If you update your fitness setting, your current weekly progress will be reset to 0% and a new weekly training plan will be generated on the spot. This will not affect your data in My Progress tab (e.g. if you have completed 2 training before switching level, the 2 completed training will still be stored).
