Data & Privacy: How do I delete my account and my personal data?

FitFit provides the option for our users to delete their accounts. Contact us at to request for removal if you no longer wish to continue and no longer want us to store any of your data. By following this process, your account and personal data/information will be permanently deleted from our system and our team will not be able to recover the account. IMPORTANT: Deleting your account and removing your personal data do not mean unsubscribe. You will still need to unsubscribe any active subscription from Apple App Store or Google Play Store manually.
