High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)
HIIT is a form of interval cardio training that alternates between intense anaerobic exercise and rest periods, typically lasts under 30 minutes in total. It requires you to exercise in bursts at maximum effort for a short period, where each burst is followed by a short rest period. The level of intensity can be adjusted by modifying the exercise duration and/or the rest period.
