Cool Down

Allow your body to transition to a resting or near-resting state after you've completed a workout by lowering of body temperature and your heart rate. 

FitFit uses stretching exercises as cool-down routine to promote muscles recovery/repair and increase flexibility. Muscles that were involved in majority of your workout are automatically identified by our algorithm, and stretching exercises for these muscles will be included in your cool-down routine.
