What if I need longer rest time during the workout?
Our rest time in between exercises/sets/circuits are designed for the average population of your fitness level. If you need longer rest time, tap on the "Pause" button on your workout screen. When you're ready, tab "Resume workout" to continue.
Conversely, If you'd like to shorten your rest time, tap on "Next" button to start next exercise immediately.
Remember to always listen to your body and rest when you need to.
