1. MOUNTAIN CLIMBER - 30s


2. PUSH-UP - 10reps⁣


3. TWISTING SIT-UP - 10reps⁣ per side


4. CONTRALATERAL SUPERMAN - 12reps per side⁣


⏸ 30s rest in between exercise⁣s⁣


Complete 4 sets. Total time = 20 minutes
