What is a Teh-O workout?


We've designed a series of workout that gives you an idea how much (hard) work you need to put in to burn a serving of your favourite local food. This workout tells you how much does ONE CUP of Teh-O actually "cost" you, aside from your RM2.50


1. PLANK WALKOUT - 50s


2. DEAD BUG - 12reps per side


3. CHEST SQUEEZE - 25s


4. LYING TWIST - 8reps per side


⏸ 30s rest in between exercises⁣


Complete 3 sets. Total time = 15 minutes
