Tabata is a form of high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout that last for only 4 minutes. For Advanced level users, we've designed a two-circuit Tabata+ training to increase your strength and stamina. You'll be doing 8 exercises in this 8-minute full body workout - let's get started!
Circuit 1:
1. ADVANCED BURPEE - 20s
2. V-UP - 20s
3. DUMBBELL OVERHEAD SQUAT - 20s
4. PLANK JACK - 20s
⏸ 10s rest in between exercises & 90s rest in between circuit
Circuit 2:
1. JUMPING JACK - 20s
2. PUSH UP - 20s
3. HIGH KNEES - 20s
4. TWISTED MOUNTAIN CLIMBER - 20s
⏸ 10s rest in between exercises
▶ Complete 2 sets for each circuit. Total time = 10 minutes
