Shoulder Builder Workout (Apprentice Level)


No gym membership? No problem. Just grab a pair of dumbbells and a towel to complete this shoulder workout at home - it's designed to challenge your rotator cuff and your delts. Suitable for both male & females.


1. DUMBBELL SHOULDER EXTERNAL ROTATION - 8reps per side⁣⁣⁣

2. DUMBBELL SEATED UPRIGHT ROW - 8reps per side⁣

3. LAT PULLDOWN - 10reps⁣

4. DUMBBELL RAISE - 8reps⁣

⏸ 30s rest in between exercise⁣s⁣


Complete 3 sets. Total time = 15 minutes

Build broad shoulders at home with minimal equipment - heavy weights aren't the only way to build strong shoulders. Start with smaller weights but perform each exercise at a slower pace for increased intensity. And it's safer as well!
