Pump-it-up Chest Workout (Intermediate Level)


Push-up is a common (and main) exercise to build and strengthen your chest muscles. We have put together 4 different variations of push-ups, from easy to hard for an Intermediate level chest workout.


1. INCLINE PUSH-UP - 12reps


2. BENT-KNEE PUSH-UP - 12reps


3. CLOSE GRIP INCLINE PUSH-UP - 12reps


4. PUSH-UP - 12reps

Complete 3 sets. Total time = 15 minutes
