1. BENT-KNEE TRICEPS DIP - 5reps
2. ARMS-DOWN CRUNCH - 5reps
3. DUMBBELL FLOOR FLY - 5reps
4. DUMBBELL ONE-ARM STRAIGHT-LEG DEADLIFT - 5reps per side
⏸ 30s rest in between exercises
