Kopi-O Workout (Beginner Level)⁣⁣⁣


It’s Merdeka month for Malaysia! We’ve created a series of workouts named after Malaysians’ favourite food - and today’s 15min workout will tell you how much work you need to burn a serving of your all-time favourite kopi-o:

1. BENT-KNEE TRICEPS DIP - 5reps


2. ARMS-DOWN CRUNCH - 5reps ⁣


3. DUMBBELL FLOOR FLY - 5reps⁣⁣⁣⁣⁣


4. DUMBBELL ONE-ARM STRAIGHT-LEG DEADLIFT - 5reps⁣⁣ per side

⏸ 30s rest in between exercise⁣s⁣


Complete 4 sets. Total time = 15 minutes
