How To Do A WALKOUT PLANK



Targets:

Core, Arms, Shoulders

Getting Ready:

1. Stand upright on a mat with your feet hip-width apart.

Execution:

1. Hinge your hips forward and bend your knees if you can't reach the floor, placing your palms flat on the mat.

2. Walk your hands forward until your shoulders are directly above your wrists, in a high plank position.

3. Walk your hands back towards your feet and stand upright. Repeat.
