1. Lie on a mat and extend both arms over your head on the floor with your legs straight.
1. Raise your straight legs and your torso simultaneously, with your hands reaching toward your raised feet.
2. Touch your feet with both hands at the top position if you can.
3. Return to the original position until your upper back is on the floor, and repeat.
1. Keep your knees straight throughout the exercise.
