How To Do A TOWEL RENEGADE ROW



Targets:

Back, Shoulders, Arms, Chest

Getting Ready:

1. Lie on the mat and place each hand under each side of your lower buttocks.


Execution:

1. Raise both legs at the same time by flexing your hips, until your legs are perpendicular to your body.

2. Lower both legs until just above the ground. Repeat.


Tips:⁣

1. Keep your knees straight throughout the exercise.
