How To Do A LATERAL CRAWL

Getting Ready:

1. Start in a push-up position with your hands shoulder-width apart and your legs straight, hip-width apart behind the body.


Execution:

1. Squeeze your thighs and glutes.

2. Move your right hand and right foot to the right, followed by your left hand and left foot to the right.

3. Repeat until you run out of space, then move back to the left.
