How To Do A JUMPING JACK

Getting Ready:

1. Stand upright with your feet together, knees slightly bent and arms at the sides of your body.


Execution:

1. Jump with arms raised and legs separated to sides. Land with legs apart on your forefoot and both arms over your head.

2. Jump back to the original position by returning both legs to the middle and lowering your arms. Repeat.


Tips:⁣

1. Always land on your forefoot.

2. Increase the intensity by jumping faster.
