How To Do A DUMBBELL SWING

Getting Ready:

1. Grasp a dumbbell in each hand at the side of your body with your arms slightly bent and your palms facing in.

2. Stand upright with your feet hip-width apart and your knees slightly bent.


Execution:

1. Swing one arm forward and the other arm back.

2. Swing them in the opposite direction with momentum. Repeat.

Tips:⁣

1. Your leading arm should not swing higher than shoulder-height.
