Build and strengthen your gluteal muscles with these 4 fundamental exercises that you can easily perform at home, or anywhere, with just a pair of dumbbells.


1. DUMBBELL DEADLIFT - 12reps


2. DUMBBELL OVERHEAD SQUAT - 12reps ⁣


3. REVERSE LUNGE - 10reps⁣ per side


4. SINGLE-LEG GLUTE BRIDGE - 10reps⁣ per side

⏸ 45s rest in between exercise⁣s⁣


Complete 3 sets. Total time = 20 minutes
