This Apprentice-level workout has 4 fundamental exercises that activate your major glute muscles to lift your booty - in just 15 minutes.


1. OVERHEAD SQUAT - 8reps⁣


2. BENT-KNEE HIP EXTENSION - 10reps per side


3. BENT-LEG GLUTE BRIDGE - 8reps per side


4. DUMBBELL LUNGE - 10reps per side


⏸ 30s rest in between exercise⁣s⁣


Complete 3 sets. Total time = 15 minutes

Tips:

  • If you don't have dumbbells at home, simply replace dumbbell lunge with bodyweight lunge and turn this into a no-equipment workout.
