1. OVERHEAD SQUAT - 8reps
2. BENT-KNEE HIP EXTENSION - 10reps per side
3. BENT-LEG GLUTE BRIDGE - 8reps per side
4. DUMBBELL LUNGE - 10reps per side
⏸ 30s rest in between exercises
▶ Complete 3 sets. Total time = 15 minutes
If you don't have dumbbells at home, simply replace dumbbell lunge with bodyweight lunge and turn this into a no-equipment workout.
