Full Body Pyramid 1.0 Workout (Beginner Level)


Ever heard of a Pyramid workout? No, you don't have to be in Egypt to do this. It involves a steady increase (or decrease) in intensity throughout a workout where you start light, gradually reach the peak, and end light (or the other way round for a reverse pyramid). It's an excellent way to make any workout FUN - and here's one for the Beginners:


1. DUMBBELL RAISE - 5reps⁣


2. CHEST SQUEEZE - 12s


3. LATERAL SHUFFLE - 25s


4. HIGH KNEES - 12s


5. (ARMS DOWN) CRUNCH - 5reps


⏸ 30s rest in between exercise⁣s⁣


Complete 3 sets. Total time = 10 minutes

If you've got no dumbbells at home, replace it with anything that carries weight - be it your backpack, a water pale, or even your grocery bag.
