Fat-burning Cardio Booster Workout (Intermediate Level)


Sometimes it’s not possible to head out to the park and have a good run/cycle, especially during lock-down period like this. We’ve put together a bodyweight cardio workout that you can do at home instead - with no equipment required!


1. BURPEE - 40s⁣


2. LYING TWIST - 40s⁣


3. SIDE LUNGE - 40s⁣


4. BENT KNEE PUSH-UP - 40s⁣

⏸ 40s rest in between each exercise


Do as many reps as you can within the 40s. Complete 3 sets of these and you’re done! Total time = 15 minutes

Tips:

  • If you’re a beginner, use 20s:60s or 20s:40s work:rest interval depending on your comfort level.


Nothing should stop you from working out and being healthy during this #stayhome period. Add one or two cardio training a week to your regular resistance/strength training for the best results.
