Chest Strengthener Workout (Intermediate Level)


Looking to get bigger, stronger chest without a barbell? No worries! We've gathered some of the best chest exercises in this workout that you can do at home with just a pair of dumbbells - so get the equipment ready to build up those muscles!


1. DUMBBELL BENCH PRESS - 12reps⁣⁣


2. PUSH-UP - 15reps⁣⁣


3. DUMBBELL FLOOR FLY - 12reps⁣⁣


4. DUMBBELL SQUEEZE PRESS - 12reps⁣


⏸ 45s rest in between exercise⁣s⁣⁣


Complete 3 sets. Total time = 15 minutes

  • If you don’t have a bench, you can perform DUMBBELL BENCH PRESS on the floor/mat with bent knees.
