If today is your Chest day and you only have a pair of dumbbells at home - fret not! This chest-focused workout helps build bigger and stronger chest muscles without the needs of gym equipment. Suitable for both males & females (i.e. mass).
1. BENT-KNEE PUSH UP - 10reps
2. DUMBBELL FLY - 8reps
3. DUMBBELL PULLOVER - 8reps
4. CHEST SQUEEZE - 25s
⏸ 30s rest in between exercises
▶ Complete 4 sets. Total time = 15 minutes
If you don’t have a bench, perform exercise 2 and 3 on the floor/mat with bent knees.
