Back Foundation Workout (Beginner Level)


New to Back training? Start with our Back Foundation workout for mass Beginners - only 3 exercises to to build your foundation to a stronger Back. All you need are a towel and a dumbbell (or its alternatives such as a full water bottle, a filled bag, or even your groceries!).


1. BIRD DOG - 5reps⁣ per side

2. DUMBBELL ONE-ARM STRAIGHT LEG DEADLIFT - 5reps per side

3. RENEGADE ROW - 3reps⁣ per side


⏸ 30s rest in between exercise⁣s⁣

Complete 3 sets. Total time = 10 minutes

 

Tips:

  • If you don’t have a dumbbell, replace it with a filled water bottle, a small backpack, or use anything in your comfortable weight.
