Say bye-bye to flabby/skinny arms! This arms building workout that we designed is suitable for both men and women, especially if you're relatively new to training. Tone your biceps and triceps with these 3 exercises: (read on to find out what you can use to replace a dumbbell)
1. DUMBBELL TRICEPS EXTENSION - 8reps
2. TOWEL CURL - 10reps per side
3. BENT-KNEE TRICEPS DIP - 10reps
⏸ 45s rest in between exercises
▶ Complete 4 sets. Total time = 15 minutes
Tips:
Play around with the reps/sets if you’re a beginner - you can either do the same reps but cut down the sets (to 2 or 3 sets), or do the same sets with lower reps (we recommend 5reps for each exercise)
If you’ve got no dumbbell, replace it with a backpack. Fill it up with some items and adjust the weight to your comfortable level
