Arms Blast Workout (Advanced)


If your goal is to build big and strong biceps & triceps, this 30-minute Advanced level arms workout is designed for you. Consists of 2 circuits, each one approximately 15 minutes - all you need is a pair of dumbbells to get started.


Circuit 1:


1. DUMBBELL CURL - 15reps⁣ per side


2. DUMBBELL SEATED TRICEPS EXTENSION - 15reps

3. DUMBBELL CONCENTRATION CURL - 15reps per side


4. PUSH UP PLANK - 15reps


⏸ 45s rest in between exercise⁣s⁣ & 90s rest in between circuit

Circuit 2:


1. ELEVATED TRICEPS DIP - 15reps⁣


2. DUMBBELL HAMMER CURL - 15reps per side⁣


3. DUMBBELL KICKBACK - 15reps per side


4. CLOSE GRIP PUSH-UP - 15reps


⏸ 45s rest in between exercise⁣s⁣


Complete 2 sets for each circuit. Total time = 30 minutes
