5-minute Full Body Warm-up


It is extremely important to warm up before your workout to:

  • get your body ready: by raising your muscle's temperature, it increases its flexibility and efficiency during workout.

  • minimize injuries: by slowly raising your heart rate, it helps minimize stress on your heart.


Try these 5 full body stretching exercises before you start your workout:


1. SHOULDER STRETCH
