1. DEAD BUG - 15reps
2. BENT-LEG GLUTE BRIDGE - 12reps
3. BENT-KNEE HIP EXTENSION - 12reps
4. SUMO SQUAT - 12reps
⏸ 30s rest in between exercises
▶ Complete 2 sets. Total time = 10 minutes
If BENT-LEG GLUTE BRIDGE is too challenging, replace it with normal GLUTE BRIDGE.
You can do this workout anytime, anywhere. However, do make sure you perform each exercise with the right form to reap the best outcome rather than getting through it as quick as possible.
