1. DUMBBELL PULLOVER - 8reps
2. SIDE LUNGE - 10reps per side
3. ALTERNATING BIRD DOG - 12reps per side
4. OVERHEAD SQUAT - 8reps
5. TWISTED MOUNTAIN CLIMBER - 25s
⏸ 30s rest in between exercises
▶ Complete 2 sets. Total time = 10 minutes
If you don’t have a bench, perform exercise 1 on the floor/mat with bent-knees.
