10-minute Quick Full Body Workout (Apprentice Level)


If you're looking for a 10-minute workout that work on your main muscle groups, look no further. With only 5 exercises, you'll get to train both your upper body and lower body without needing a lot of equipment - in fact, all you need is a mat and a dumbbell. We even added a cardio exercise to maximize your training results!


1. DUMBBELL PULLOVER - 8reps⁣


2. SIDE LUNGE - 10reps⁣ per side


3. ALTERNATING BIRD DOG - 12reps⁣ per side


4. OVERHEAD SQUAT - 8reps⁣


5. TWISTED MOUNTAIN CLIMBER - 25s


⏸ 30s rest in between exercise⁣s⁣


Complete 2 sets. Total time = 10 minutes

Tips:

  • If you don’t have a bench, perform exercise 1 on the floor/mat with bent-knees.
